Minicom Advanced Systems, a leading supplier of out-of-band KVM server management solutions KVM switches, today announced it has acquired Replicom Ltd. an Israeli company that develops server management solutions based on innovative KVM over IP embedded technology.
The merger with Replicom will extend Minicom's leading position in the KVM market and will enable it to expand its network based product offering. The Replicom team will operate as the Minicom IP Technology Center to further develop the next generations of remote management solutions.
